At Naturaltein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
